2. Declaration of commercial inactivity - preparation and submission to National Statistics Iinstitute for the preceding year;
3. Yearend accounts preparation (annual financial reports) for the preceding year;

Note: You can combine this service with “previous annual accounts preparation”. In this case you can order submission to Commercial register of your accounts for the preceding year, with the ones for the previous years (if they are not still submitted.)

You can submit multiple financial reports with one Commercial registry fee. For example you can order submission of your reports for 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 with one fee of 60 eur.

• Limited Company formation
The fee includes Commercial registry fees, bank charges for opening a bank account and bank certificate, a company stamp. The fee does not include company capital more than 1 Euro, post charges, notarizations and other unforeseen expenses.
